USThe hotel was nice and new. Upon check in my information was added to someone else’s room without my knowing. I was charged for their room. Than at 11pm a man was trying to get into my room. The lady at the front desk, Shirley, came knocking on the door to “check the room”. I asked what was going on and she said the room was double booked. I am so thankful that man did not get into my room. The next morning I discovered that my credit card was charged again for the room for the man who had tried to get into my room. It was a terrible mix up that cause a huge amount of stress. Another staff member, Mallory, was amazing in helping figure out what had happened and reimbursing my credit card. Even though Mallory made everything right, I will not be going back to this facility in the future. I am sure this never happens, but it did happen to me and I do not want to chance it happening again.

USUSThe property had been open 7 mos but it was so clean and cared for that I thought it opened last week. The front desk staff manager was very helpful & accommodating....I was able to check in a bit early to work with my afternoon schedule of events and was given an impeccable room.
The AC was a little disappointing....the air felt humid.
