Ottima posizione in zona residenziale tranquilla e a pochi km a piedi da ogni punto di interesse del centro storico (eventualmente ci sono anche fermate di autobus vicine). Check-in online molto comodo e veloce. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Si trova al piano interrato quindi anche molto fresco d’estate.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e ci tiene al fatto che gli ospiti siano a loro agio. Ci ha fatto trovare caffè e generi di ristoro in frigorifero. A metà vacanza (9 giorni in tutto) ha fatto fare una pulizia e cambio di biancheria. La casa è molto vicina alla fermata dell’autobus 806 che porta a Mondello. E a due passi dal centro.

"Pleasant short stay"

Good location near the politeama theatre and the harbor. Nice and very safe residential area. The apartment is in a basement. Very clean and nicely renovated. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Air conditioning worked well. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Humidity is evident in the walls. If a/c was off there was a bit of a cellar smell. One of the small windows faces a courtyard full of junk/rubble. The bathroom door didn’t close.

"Original apartamento. Limpio y amplio."

Apartamento con Original distribución, está muy limpio y es amplio. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas, baño muy amplio . Comunicación con el anfitrión perfecta. Nos dejó una botella de vino de bienvenida, todo un detalle! Muy cerca de una gran avenida, con tiendas y restaurantes. Incluso a dos minutos hay un supermercado de 24h, super bien de precio y con productos frescos. Zona muy buena de Palermo. Al lado de Vía della Libertá, cerca de autobús, por si necesitas cogerlo. Andando al centro, son 12 minutos.

Pocas ventanas.
