Nice and beautiful place.Good getaway with family

The house is next to a river, which is very special. Air conditioning in each bedrooms is wonderful. There is an option to cook and grill which we took advantage of. The hydroponic green house is interesting. We appreciate the caregiver giving us some lettuce for dinner. The caregiver who lives on the property is helpful.

The house has no hot water shower which was not mentioned in the description. Even though distance wise, it is not far to town but the only road to town is usually quite congested making it at least 40+ minutes to drive to KK town for food and sightseeing. The owner did not consider how the reflective windows and doors at the house were an environmental disaster for birds. In the short four nights that we spent there, we found two dead wild doves that flew into the reflective doors. Also, many basic things are missing in the supposedly full kitchen. Simple things such as paper towels and hand soaps are not provided.

High quality stuffs all around. From the sofa, bed, folding windows, beautiful tiles, fully-equipped kitchen etc. Beautiful and peaceful place just right next to a river and also everything js very spacious as well

The water heater took a while. So just have to be aware. Not much cellular reception here, but the wifi speed is top notch.

We are actually a nature crazies family so the river is a must and it’s wonderful but the villas really impressed us..it’s super comfy and clear, lots of space, fully furnished, we really felt at home..
