Os lençóis estavam com pelo de outras pessoas e a coberta estava com cheiro de que outras pessoas usaram e não foi lavada

Podem trocar a roupa de cama/ coberta a cada hóspede que sair , de resto pelo preço está bom!

"It was not a good experience staying there."

The room price is good. Room was clean.

The staff behavior isn’t good. They not answering your calls or messages. The room door lock was awful. It took us 20 mins to open the room door. I tried multiple times reach the staff via call and WhatsApp but I couldn’t. For checking out we didn’t know where to leave the keys. I call them to ask about but still didn’t get any reply.
