There should be more activities

The AC in our rooms were not cooling enough. On notifying the management, they were aware of the issue due to power outage but didn't turn on the generator assuming no guest complaint so there'd be no problems. Assuming this when guests are in the hotel is not good for business. We had to notify this issue 11.30 PM at night. Till then even after knowing the problem no actions were taken.

Breakfast was good and according to our test. The location is also good, clean and peaceful environment.

Room service is not available. the complimentary Water bottle is so small. and one common drinking water cooler is required on the property for free of cost because, in the summer, drinking water is needed.

Did not like anything, it's a very small place, there is nothing like resort , also they have rated them like Leela hotel, don't get confused ,it's not a Leela Hotel and resort.property. it's fake and pricing high as Leela Resorts, The Resort is newly build but it's experience is like a lodge, not worth spending 8000 rs, The disappointment will continue till you exit out from the resort, the breakfast was served in a Non AC dining, in a Tin shed in 38°celcius . Highly disappointed, the beds are even smaller than a Queen size bed you will hardly be able to sleep. The taste of food doesn't justifies the cost being served. The food served in breakfast with no hygiene the area was full.of flies. . The Bathroom of a deluxe room is so small that one may not even fit and once you bath you have to cross the seat another failure of architecture and design. Not at all a worth place, if you visit ,don't pay more than 1500-2000 for the stay else visit somewhere else. Its a lodging or could only be used for birthday parties or small gathering event like engagement etc.

0 value for money No hyginine No AC dining area of resort. Resort area is very small hardly any space ,seems like a mariage lawn is converted into a so called resort. Its not a resort it's a lodge. Also If you make online bookings ,they will start fighting with you and start negotiations but don't get confused they will simply thug you. The food is very costly as compared to the taste. Please stop mis-using the name of Leela hotels and resort. They tried to fool people by not mentioning it's a property of Leela hotel and when called and asked before confirming the bookings they have fraudulently tried to thug . Please please don't get into the trap ,it's a new property and they are trying to fool customers.

Swimming tank.. property is new so it is in good condition. cleanliness is good.

Food... Food charges are very inflated. They are charging 15rs breadwada to 150 rs. It's very high price. Room service was not so good. We asked for water 4 times then he came after half hour. Bathroom is very congested n small.

I liked the fact that the staff were very accomodating and made our stay comfortable
