NLVery clean, affordable and new with a nice balcony. Even the sofabed was nicely made up and comfortable.
Fantastic property, the interiors were new and fully rehabbed! Felt like a new property, the location was perfect, the only drawback was every time I walked out there were either 1) restaurant workers smoking on the entryway 2) people congregating smoking/drinking by the entryway 3) homeless people sleep on the entryway. Still 4.8/5 stars, found the place great, only mildly dodgy entryway.

GRThe apartment was clean. With great location.
I had a message from booking that I never been at the apartment, when I was inside. I can't understand how while I had 3 days from Saturday until Monday morning, the owner deleted the messages, and booking tell me that there is a cancelation for my reservation. Last but not least, I had a message for my credit card about an cancellation of my card. These experiences make my stay at the apartment the worst of my life.

nothing that I dislike
NLJunkies sleeping in the staircase and at the main entrance. Probably, this is the same for every buildings in the neighborhood that offers any rain protection at the entrance.
