Asked to have a balcony when I booked 8 months ago and was told ‘you have one’ when I arrived I was given a room with a brick wall 1 inch back from the window and told if I wanted a balcony now it would cost me more than double per night than what I was paying for 4 days!! Bad business practice, always read reviews
