"Great location and friendly hosts. Great stay and excellent price."

Excellent location and very friendly host. They gave us all information needed regarding parking and also places to visit while in Palermo. Air-conditioning in both rooms was also good thing to have in July so that’s a plus.

The shower was clogged and generally noisy street.

"Exceptional"

Everything was great! We had an amazing stay here. The host Alberto was super nice and helpful with everything! Communication was easy with him, and any questions we had were answered on time! - A very spontaneous ask for a late check out was fine with him! - Before we arrived he helped us with the parking situation and everything. - Everything was well taken care of and is easy to manage with the open communication. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

"Value for money apartment."

Comfortable apartment, close to the train station, easy to find, and overall value for money. You can explore the city easily on foot because it is close to the most popular attractions of the city.

The apartment is not soundproofed, second night there were noises, voices and music from the apartment next door.

"Perfect staying"

Alberto and Vincenzo are the best hosts ever! They were always available and ready to help, doing everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is perfectly located and very comfortable. We truly felt at home and are certain that if we return to Palermo, we will stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city!

"Pleasant stay in Palermo"

The apartments are good, have everything you need, cozy and clean. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to the historic center. On this street there is a pleasant cafe, a small good restaurant with a good selection of dishes, small vegetable shop. Supermarket 7 minutes walk. The host was in touch all the time. I sincerely recommend this accommodation!

The owners are very welcoming and kind people. I've lived in Palermo for several months and know the city and circumstances. This one by far is the best value for money you can get at the moment. The property is pristine, newly renovated, everything is spot on.
