The apartment was very spacious, clean, and the inside of the unit was well-maintained and updated. It had air conditioning in all the bedrooms and common areas. Wifi was good throughout the unit and worked well. The bathrooms were good size, updated and nicely done with plenty of hot water. Some of the original flooring was still in the unit which gave it a great deal of character. The beds were comfortable and TV's functional. Having a lift was especially helpful with bringing up luggage. I would definitely recommend this unit to others. La Dimora degli Attori was convenient to everything. We walked from the unit everywhere.

When you enter the building, the corridors are in pretty rough shape. The stairway needs a paint job in the worst way. The lights are also a bit tricky, but definitely work. When I first entered the building my heart sank. I thought I had made a grave error in renting the unit, however, upon entering the unit, I was quite happy.

Clean, location, the host very responsive and take care of everything. Help us right away with an issue we had with the electricity! I would recommend this place . Is near everything , super close and walkable to the main attractions.

Property as seen in photos. Most convenient location and spacious historical building, very quiet. Host left all needed to make us feel at home (wine, water, shampoo…). Highly recommended

Excellent host!! Spot on recommendations on what to see, where to eat, etc. Prime location - the bus to airport stops practicaly in front of the apartment, 10 minutes walk from Duomo, 10 minutes walk from Central Station. Spacious apartment with all the necessary ammenities. Highly recommended!

Exceptional apartment a few steps from the Duomo ( the Cathedral ). I loved staying in this spacious and well equipped apartment. I appreciated high ceilings, comfort, decor, great communication Fulvio, great location, nice balcony, coffee and nibbles, cleanliness and more. Highly recommend for family or a few friends.

Beautiful, comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment in the center of Catania. Very good location. Close to the train station for trips around the region, next to the old town, in the area monuments, shops and many excellent restaurants. The host is very helpful, open and hospitable. A place where it is worth spending time for a good rest in Catania.
