The apartment was exceptionally spotless! A great location with restaurants within walking distance. The host greeted us upon check in, helped us with garage & showed us around the apartment. She has great knowledge about the area & gave us some recommendations! I would definitely recommend booking & staying!

Wonderful and spotless apartment with everything you need. It has a beautiful rooftop with amazing views of Lake Como. The host is lovely and very attentive. Highly recommended!

Die außergwögnliche Lage inkl einer ca 10 qm großen Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Comer See. Die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberfamilie. Die Mitnutzung der Garagen mit Möglichkeit ein Motorrad mit Hänger unterzustellen. Die sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles in allem 10 von 10 Punkten.

Location splendida con vista meravigliosa sul lago. L'appartamento è spazioso, finemente arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort. La zona è molto tranquilla e lontanta dal caos per chi voglia veramente rilassarsi tra un'escusrione e l'altra sul bellissimo lago di Como. La proprietaria sig.ra Emanuela si è dimostrata disponibile ed attenta a qualdiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo

We travelled to Como with our 16month old toddler on holiday from Australia and we had to find somewhere that would fit all our needs. Emanuela was a beautiful and generous host and made our stay so very comfortable. She provided a cot and highchair with some small little additions to say benvenuta! Everything was extremely comfortable and clean and the apartment was stylish. But the highlight has got to be the top terrace that’s all just for you. Absolutely gorgeous and cute atmosphere with stunning views. The private area is all yours for afternoon aperitivo, dinners, morning yogas or sunbathing and even a great safe space to contain a toddler. There is the ability to have a swim in the lake just opposite the apartment when you’re feeling hot that’s accessible by the road. We arrived by car and there is a garage space which keeps your car cool and safe. The location is away from the busy town of Como but the ferry station is close by or you can walk to a nearby bar/cafe. If you prefer to be in a more quiet area and soak in the private lake side living of Como then this is a great place to stay. Emanuela and her mother were so lovely and we are very thankful for their generosity.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and full of charm – perfectly located for exploring Lake Como. Emanuela was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, and her attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. The rooftop terrace with its breathtaking view was absolutely wonderful – the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. We especially appreciated the fresh breakfast items and the welcome bottle of prosecco. Communication was smooth and warm at every step. We would love to return one day – highly recommended!

Great place water-front at Como, in one of my favorite stretches of the lake. Emanuela was a awesome host, the apartment is freshly modern with everything one needs. Definitely will return.

We did suffer with noise level coming from across the street neighbors who partied outdoors all night, who work for a car company that owns that place. So, in the future, this could be a point of concern for me.

An amazing stay in a wonderful atmosphere. Interiors wonderful , terrace stunning , view of the lake breathtaking.
