The space is comfortable and modern!

We saw the reviews and even though we decided to take the risks. Unfortunately at the appartment they gave us at the beginning we had no hot water in the shower. After mentioning these to the host they suggested us to move in another appartment at 21:00. Noted that we had paid for jacuzzi i asked if the jacuzzi will be available in the other flat! We decided to move to the other flat! The other flat was not clean properly! There was a razor inside the bathroom and the excuse that we had from the host is that most probably the cleaning ladies believed that it belong there and that why they let it there! Also the jacuzzi it was at temperature that it seems that someone was there just before, the water im sure it was never cleaned or any chlorine was added inside just for the typical cleaning! I requests for a refund because of all the tolerance we went through and the company approved a small percentage! I asked several times for an invoice and the just ignored me. Overall the experience was not good! Even though they have nice appartments the rest are falling apart and is a shame! They could do so much more!
