We loved that we could gather in the lobby to play games with no time limits.

Small room. Not many amenities.

Location was great, and for the most part the staff was doing their best.

Property did not do well accommodating the fact that there were 2 birthday parties happening which greatly impacted the comfort and stay of the other guests. We were not able to go to the pool due to a large party and then the next day it was so dirty that it was not good to swim in. Staff were unable to keep up with stocking up breakfast items…any of it from the food to toppings to plastic ware…nothing was maintained. During the night my family could not get any sleep due to a large party above us constantly being loud. The front desk staff did try, but there was nothing actually accomplished or corrected for our discomfort. The management said they would give us points or something since they could not refund through Booking.com, but that hasn’t happened either. Overall, very disappointing, uncomfortable and nothing very positive to say about the experience.

Kaylie was amazing! She was very helpful and kind. She made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. If ever in the area and in need of a place to stay, Tru will certainly be my first choice. I will also refer this location to others.
