Estaba todo limpio, la cama era muy cómoda. Había champú, gel, detergente y todo lo básico que se necesita. La comunicación siempre fue muy buena. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Que había cafetera, pero no había café.

The place was extremely a place away from home it was clean, very comfortable and the staff extremely made me and my husband comfortable this is a place where I will return many more times the best get away ever .

I loved everything nothing not to like

The studio itself was so pretty and clean. The bed was super comfortable; everything was really cozy.

The people upstairs were a bit loud at times, nothing too crazy that went on for too long, but I did get startled awake at some point.

​We had a very positive experience staying here. Although the property isn't "fancy," it is affordable, clean, and managed by people who truly care about their guests. On our first night, we arrived late and found a water leak in the bathroom that had reached the main floor. Even though it was late, the hosts picked up our call immediately. They let us use their personal bathroom and tried to fix the issue right away. When they realized a plumber was needed, they went above and beyond: they booked and paid for a nice hotel nearby and even drove us and our luggage there in the middle of the night. ​As parents traveling with a toddler and a packed itinerary, we were panicking about finding last-minute NYC accommodation. However, they had the room disinfected and ready for us by 3 am in the morning. Their dedication to helping us rather than just cancelling the booking was incredible. Accidents like this can happen anywhere at any time, but what matters is how they are handled, and the hosts here were exceptional. To top it off, on our last day, they let us park our rental car in their private driveway, which is a huge help in New York! We highly recommend this place for the value and the outstanding service. We will definitely stay here again.

Es cómodo y funcional. Tiene cocina y todos los utensilios para cocinar, puedes resolver todas tus comidas allí. Si bien el clima exterior en invierno es extremo, en el interior de la vivienda siempre estuvo muy agradable.

Nada en particular. Todo estuvo muy bien.
