Sofi LAX Clippers Stay

The owner is very nice and prompt. Clean and efficient. Doing upgrades on the property. Very close to public transportation and the library. Taco trucks everywhere! There are lockers for your personal things. Relaxing couch. Beds are comfy . Clean smell when you enter. Bathrooms are clean. Netflix and other stations are available. Not allot of traffic. Quiet.

It was clean, a 3 minute walk to the train station, well ventilated and not smelly.

There was nothing to tell me this was an accommodation when I arrived, at first I was unsure I was at the right place.

The place was very clean and well-kept.

I had to message the host to receive the check-in instructions, which were sent very late (around 8–9 PM). This was stressful since the neighborhood didn’t feel very safe and I didn’t know how to get in. The stay is very basic—no towels or amenities, just a bed in a shared room. There are no quiet hours or rules, and it gets very noisy. People came in late at night making a lot of noise, which made it hard to sleep. I booked this place to rest before a flight, but unfortunately, I didn’t get any rest.

Communication from the property was very good. They replied promptly to my questions. Hostel is close to LAX, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The shuttle mentioned in the description isn't free, and it only runs from 0800-2100. So if you arrive late and depart early, expect to pay around $50 USD for transport from LAX and back. A dorm bunk bed is ok value at $75, not so much at $125.

CJ, owner propietor maintains a nice stay of excellent value. I felt safe and secure. Transport to and from LAX c a n be arranged at nominal cost and she will meet you curbside.
