Location was great very handy to the main street and local attractions. The room.was very clean and tidy. It had everything you need and I liked the balcony. You could lok out at the sky tower. The room and bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again and do highly recommend this property and it's hosts.

It was clean and tidy good location

First of all the key is left at the dairy. We specified when we would be there and the daisy was closed. We were stranded outside for two hours after we were meant to check in and there were no instructions on how to enter the building or which building it actually was. When we asked the dairy owner they couldn’t help either. We asked some people to help us. It was an extremely difficult process. I thought some instructions would be sent through to help us get there but we never received anything until after 10 pm that night and the check in was 3 pm. It was a stressful experience I ended up being late for work because I couldn’t get into the building to get ready. I tried to communicate with the owner but she was at work so she couldn’t answer her phone. I think it was completely unacceptable and unreasonable, and I believe there should be abetter system for getting the keys and instruction should be sent the day before your stay not seven hours after you were supposed to check in. She did compensate with the late chicken on the Sunday which has been official because I don’t finish work until very late but very disappointed with the chicken process. I don’t think relying on a dairy to give out your keys and not having any instructions acceptable for the price that was paid. It was a waste of valuable time and got me into trouble at work
