It is in a very good location. A short walk uphill from the lake and bars and restaurants. Also convenient for some of the Byzantine Churches and the Byzantine Museum - which is fantastic. The best thing, as the picture suggests, is the balcony with its view over the lake. Good in the morning, but best in the evening. The apartment is very spacious.

It’s quite tricky to find parking in the area. In Kastoria it’s best not to drive, so you need to be able to get up and down steps and steep streets.

Accessibility was difficult. Building accessed behind and between 2 others, had 9 steps down from the pavement another 9 up to the front door and then the 17 to the 1st floor where apparently was located. No lift. Should be explained as difficult for people of certain age or reduced strength or mobility to carry their things down and up.
