Numero Venti Aparthouse wifi parking Hot Tub Contractor and Group Friendly

We stayed at Numero Venti Aparthouse in Newcastle for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The setup of the house was perfect for a group, with large social spaces, a great hot tub, and fun extras like a pool/hockey table. We really appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks on arrival—it was a lovely touch. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, entry was simple, and the host’s communication was reliable and responsive throughout. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-equipped stay in Newcastle.

There isn’t much to not like about this property, it was exactly how it was described. Taxis or public transportation was easy and quick into the centre

We made a last minute decision to go away for the night. We needed somewhere suitable for our son and dog. This place delivered, exceptional space, fantastic entertainment with pool/games table and to top it off a very spacious and clean hot tub. Host was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back.

Only minor thing that I didnt like was having to pay an additional cost for hot tub. I think this should be included in the price.

The property location is superb, the size of the property and the facilities available were excellent. There are two double beds and 5 single beds plus a day bed in the conservatory. The beds are comfortable and the bedding spotlessly clean. Pillows also comfortable. The view from the back of the property is beautiful and the location is on the edge of town but nice and quiet too. There are two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The fact the property is dog friendly was a huge bonus and especially as there was no additional costs. The host was super responsive and the member of staff was on hand to show us around and welcome us.

The property is excellent and exactly what we needed, if I was being super picky I could say the decor was aging in some areas but it didn’t present with any issue and the place smelled and looked clean. To note, you will need to make a deposit before or upon arrival - which was refundable and was refunded super quickly upon departure. The hot tub is an additional cost, which we would have paid but we literally slept in the house and ate a meal so didn’t make use. It was so clean though and the garden is a nice welcoming space.

Close to Newcastle city centre, good for groups

Definitely worth booking for the hot tub alone. The property is located within a quiet residential area, and has ample on-street parking. It’s comfortable, spacious, and modern. It also has a very welcoming feel to it. The WiFi is fast and reliable which pleased the kids. There are plenty of local convenience stores should you wish to pop out for a packet of biscuits. The centre of Newcastle is less than 2 miles away and within easy reach, whether walking, driving, or catching the bus. It’s a fantastic property, and an easy 5 out 5 stars. We’ll definitely be looking to book it again for our future trips.

Lots of facilities in the house and of course the hot tub is fabulous, good communication from host.

Great house! Good size and plenty of things to do in the house! Location is a 40 minutes down hill to town, but definitely uber or taxi back as it’s hilly!

This was a lovely stay for our family of five. We wanted to stay in this area as we wanted to explore the various Indian and Arabian restaurants in this area and also be close to the beautiful city centre. The house was perfect for our family of five , with people from ages 4 to 80! The downstairs facilities were perfect for my parents and the bunk beds a huge hit with my little boys! The hosts had MULTIPLE wonderful touches around the house that make it very special .... fresh milk and juice in the fridge , crisps and chocolates on the kitchen counter in addition to the usual coffee counter fare. AND fresh fruits AND fresh flowers!! I have NEVER COME across such a generous host in all my years on booking.com! The hosts were very approachable , accessible and supportive! The house was comfortable and had evening we needed including parking. Five stars from us!
