1) Il ritiro delle chiavi è stato problematico; abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori della porta 15 min. nonostante che, dopo insistente richiesta di precisare l'ora di arrivo (difficile da prevedere con esattezza, visto l'arrivo in auto da Milano!) fortunatamente era stata comunicata con esattezza (ore 19:00) 2) Il secondo bagno veramente minuscolo 3) Il mancato ricevimento a tutt'oggi della Fattura, nonostante insistente richiesta e comunicazione dei dati per la fatturazione consegnati direttamente alla persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi
ITLa struttura era centrale e comodo. Appartamento carino
Trattandosi pieno agosto avevo chiesto dell’aria condizionata. L’ appartamento ne è munito ma veramente rumoroso e purtroppo raffreddava poco.

PLNice and comfy app with everything needed for a short stay or a bit longer holidays (coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, two bathrooms, acc, wifi). In the closest area there are few nice restaurants, foccacerias and shops. Only few minutes walk to aquarium, port and many places worth seeing. Would reccomend it :)
Due to central localisation closest restaurant can be heard in the evening but that was not a problem for us.
GBWonderful location set in the heart of the historical district. Only 5 minutes walk from the Marina and 13 minutes walk to the bus stops that went to the rest of the city. Lots of lovely cafes just outside the apartment where we had breakfast every day. The property had everything we needed. Although we ate out every day, the property had everything you would need to cook meals if needed. The staff were always available via WhatsApp if there were any issues.

We didn’t find any actual Italians with true Italian food, except for in a meat market with a small restaurant, but man they take it out of the market and cook it right up.
GBThe apartment is in a very good location pretty much close to everything.
Air con is only going n 2 rooms and doesn’t really work that well to keep the apartment cool, the 2nd bathroom is tiny and not really practical.
Location was great everything was within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and clean and we had a pleasant stay. A recommended place to stay when in Genoa. Host communicated well and answered any queries we had promptly.
RUNewly renovated flat in a historical part of Genoa. Clean and comfortable. Not very noisy around.
