The pool and the location of the property, basement parking.

Bathrooms - not clean, hair in the bath and vanity drawer. Floor ledges really needs a scrub. The bath mat is slippery. Both toilet seats loose. Bedrooms - 3 clothes hangers in total in the flat. Gwen did provide 6 more hangers the next day. Kitchen - poorly equipped, the cutlery and crockery of very poor standard. Fortunately we were only two people, there would not have been enough for four people. No bin. No washing machine. The braai grid was very dirty, not cleaned after the last use. Lounge - the sliding door to the balcony - lock was not working. Gwen's reaction was "Aw schucks, aw schucks" and "there is nothing I can do now" followed by an offer of an immediate refund, at 17h00 on a Friday afternoon, 3rd January 2025. Her reaction leaves me to believe that she was well aware of the situation. Her reaction and attitude was not what I expected, and was not helpful. We left on 7th just before 10h00 - at 12h35, I received a whatsapp from Gwen stating that the maintenance team would be going through the unit that day "to do a check and address whatever is need so the unit is prepared for your stay"- a really poor performance from a property manager.
