Μilia Mountain retreat

Mountain setting ,and rustic rooms excellent breakfast and evening meals.

Shower wasn’t always hot. Not sure if it was due to a cloudy day affecting solar panels or more patience required.

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική !!! Στη δική μας κράτηση έγινε ένα λάθος από πλευράς μας κ αμέσως μας βοήθησαν κ διευθετήθηκε πολύ γρήγορα , παρόλο που δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένοι να μας βοηθήσουν !!! Το προσωπικό είναι πάρα πολύ φιλικό κ φιλόξενο ! Το τοπίο μαγικό ! Ένα μέρος να έρθεις πιο κοντά στη φύση 🦋 Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα !! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα !!!

Sehr sehr netter Empfang, außergewöhnlich, leider nur eine Nacht. Hier sollte man wirklich länger bleiben. Entspannung pur!

Breakfast was incredible both in quality and presentation. Resort was clean, restful, scenic, staff was extremely helpful

The dirt access was a little scary to drive, especially at night. This is why they highly recommend you don't do it.

We had the most special stay at Milia Mountain Retreat! The small old mountain village has been turned into a real oasis of peace, quiet & nature with amazing people & animals! Our room (#13) in the middle of the forest had everything we needed without impacting the charm of the old stone house. Two sun loungers were placed on the roof of the house that were perfect for soaking in the peaceful morning vibes. We very much enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant which offered some unique dishes that we had not found anywhere else during our trip. The breakfast was also amazing! Prepared with so much love and the freshest ingredients. For us, clearly the best breakfast we had amongst many good ones on Crete. The owner also recommended a very beautiful small hike around the village, which was the perfect ending of our short stay.

We loved everything and wished we could have stayed longer.

A stunning place, lovely views. The room was unique, felt like we were in a cave. A very nice cave. We asked about walks and were given a print out of a walk suitable for us. The restaurant is fabulous, food of a very high standard. But not overly expensive. Extensive wine list with an explanation of the local Greek wines.
