"It was great stay especially for bachelors and solo travellers not for family"

They had rules about no children below 3 years but still they accommodated us, which is great. Also i had paid twice for the stay which they refunded it after 10 days, after constant communication with them. Nice and under budget stay. Not recommend for families, we had no option so we went.
We had paid the stay amount in full before checking in. I had forgot about that, they could have remembered it could have helped with the confusion.
