The rooms are at a steep incline and there were no support handles whilst climbing the steps they need to warn customers about the steps. The spa rates are as expensive as any 5 star but the toilets adjoining the massage rooms are sad, after applying oil whilst going to the shower no anti slip mats or tiles have been provided and even in the shower area no grab handles provided Their staff need to change their uniforms daily thir uniforms stank. The staff were courteous and we had no complaints against them .
