רק אחרי שנרשמהו ושילמנו מראש למקום קיבלנו הודעת ווטסאפ שבה נרשם שהדרך מובילה למקום בדרך שאינה סלולה ושעדיף להגיע ברכב 4×4, באותם ימים היה מזג אויר חורפי חריג והדרך הייתה משובשת עוד יותר ואנו היינו עם רכב משפחתי שבכלל אסור לנו לסוע בדרך שכזו, צילצלנו למלון וביקשנו שיגיע מישהו לכוון אותנו, המלון טען שאין לו כוח אדם לצורך כך, ביקשנו החזר כספי והם סרבו. לאחר מכן השארנו את דעתנו בגוגל, אז בנוסף לכל זה המלון גם שיקר שהם הציעו סיוע ואנו סרבנו. בקיצור, שימו לב למי אתם משלמים מראש. ותבדקו היטב מול מי סוגרים, למעשה עדיף לבגיע למלון לפני שסוגרים, כך לא היינו נופלים עם מלון זה

Room was a high standard. The view was spectacular- we were lucky to have sunshine for our whole stay. Facilities for kids were great and well considered to people travelling without children. Complimentary yoga and guided walks in the forest were a highlight for us.

We had issues with the service. Slight language barrier. Miss communication on breakfast times and other plans were were trying to arrange with reception staff. In the restaurant food arrived at different times. One evening a power cut meant our dinner order was missed none of the staff picked up on it. It was all a little clunky.

Es literalmente un sitio paradisíaco, las mejores vistas sin duda de transylvania, la atención es espectacular. La limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación es literalmente 5 estrellas. El restaurante es fantástico y el desayuno brutal. Volveremos cada vez que vayamos a Rumanía.

Poziționarea, locația în sine, arată excelent. Micul dejun, delicios și vast. O să revin cu drag.
