"Crap"

Host took a long time to come down and then asked for a security deposit of 2k. The room absolutely stank, smelt fousty, mouldy and smelt of fish. Horrible. I find it funny how they charge a cleaning fee when I went into the room it wasn’t even clean, the bathroom smelt so bad and was disgusting, hair and drain flies everywhere. They had drain flies and cockroaches. No parking even though it states on booking.com that it does. I only booked this because it was nearby the hospital and thought it had parking. Don’t be fooled. All apartments are owned by the same people if it says Sunset House Roxas Bay, terrible terrible terrible. Avoid avoid avoid.
