Хорошие номера, было бы не плохо застеклить балконы, так как частенько залетают голуби

Не понравилась уборка номера, в частности, что её вообще не было, было очень грязно , при том , что подходили на рецепцию и просили сделать уборку, забыли Слабый шведский стол на завтрак, плюс не работающая тостница. Не понравилось обратная связь, пошёл в спа, а оказывается не работала 1 день , плюс не совсем удобный шатл между отелями. Холодильники в отелях предназначены для вин, что очень неудобно, если ты захочешь положить свои напитки, вообще не холодит.

Очень вежливый, клиентоориентированный, оперативный персонал. Отдельная благодарность за поздравление в день рождения и за бесплатные билеты на летающий театр.

Уборка номеров очень не качественно. При заселение попросили ещё раз убраться в ванной комнате
