Bookit.com booked 2 rooms only needed 1 still giving me run around about my refund of $94

I am an avid duck hunter, so seeing all of the duck pictures, mounts, and old antiques was very cool!! It was a very clean and pleasant hotel. Very friendly staff & all were very helpful!! Helped us with anything we needed!!

There was no comforter on our bed. We were sleeping with only sheets on the bed. Luckily there was a walmart down the road, and we were able to buy some blankets. The mattress was comfy though!!

I was tired and it was a place to crash. I'd never stay at this garbage dump again. I've stayed at places much cheaper that were solid. It's a disgrace to the brand.

Dirty everything. I didn't bring flip flops so I didn't take a shower and it was nasty. Beds clearly had the same sheets from the past who knows how many people without being washed. TV didn't work. Most of the outlets didn't work. Most of the lights didn't work. I could go on.

Nothing

Poop in the toilet. No toilet paper. Floor was sticky. The only thing clean was the sheets

Saw cockroaches...yuck!
