JP目の前にアヤラモールがあることから立地はとても良い。また、セブンイレブンが近くに2軒、ジョリビーなどがあるので、めちゃくちゃ便利です。また、この区域は清掃が行き届いていて、ゴミ箱もあり、とてもきれいな場所でした。 以前泊まったthe city flats系列のホステルはとてもひどいものでしたが、ここは割と清潔でした。 セキュリティーも万全でオートロック付き。 また周辺は2025/12現在ホテルの周りは広範囲に工事を行っているので、ここに関しては期待ができる。
部屋は新しく綺麗なのだが、ゴキブリがまーまー出ること（小さいサイズ）。新しくて6階でこれなので、今後部屋に関しては期待ができないかも。カーテンがないこと（写真ではあるのに）。冷蔵庫、レンジ、ケトルなどが部屋に常備されてない。ハエがまーまー多い。wifiはないみたい。
