The owner although we never met face to face was incredibly helpful, could not fault the correspondance in any way. The appartment was much bigger than I expected, had excellent wifi, cable TV and all other facilities to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only thing I could say is that the bed being a convertable sofa was reasonably comfortable but there's no doubt a proper bed with a good mattress would have been better. I should say that the entrance to the building and the lift are pretty old but the apprtment itself has been nicely renovated and I had a very comfortable week there.

I was in town for some sporting events so the location was great; close enough to city center but also within walking distance to UG Arena. There are also a lot of good stores in the area. The place was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was very efficient and pleasant. You don't have to spend invest in consumables, the property has almost everything you need (from soap, shampoo and toilet paper to sugar, salt, cooking oil, condiments and trash bags). Both doors (the one into the building and the one to the apartment) are secured by access codes.

Although the kitchen is equipped for cooking, a grate and a strainer would be great additions to it; perhaps a wooden spoon too. The small radiator felt a little underwhelming in the coldest nights (nothing a hot beverage can't compensate for, though).

Since there is nothing to dislike, I liked all the things :)))

Very comfy apartment, with everything needed in it. It was a wonderful month to stay there

Was little bit cold and bed is just a sofa transformed to bed.

Location was superb, everything important is easy to reach by walking. Great view and a super-friendly, caring host. Would stay again!

It is pretty big size of studio room with sofa bed. It’s recently remodeled so it is very clean. It would be better if there were more utensils. I strongly recommend this property for couples or more than two travelers.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The host was very kind and helpful. The facilities of the property were exceptional. The property is very central to Ulaanbaatar and excellent value for money. Very clean and spacious place. I will definitely stay again at this property in the future when visiting Mongolia.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.
