Everything looked like the pictures

The pool was outside, in the pics it showed an indoor pool, also pillows were uncomfortable next time bringing my own pillow

Property is modern.

Unfortunately, during our stay there was only lukewarm water in the room, which was very disappointing given that it was winter. There was warmer water in the sink, so I had to bathe my baby in the sink for all 8 days, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. I reported the water heater issue starting the first night. On the first night, I was told they would check with the person who handles the water heater. On the second day, I was told they would see if it was possible to move me to another room. On the third day, I was informed that the person responsible was not available. After the third night, with no resolution, I stopped requesting assistance. Housekeeping service was also inconsistent. Towels were not picked up unless I placed them outside the door daily, and I had to call each time to request replacements. On some days, I had to go to the lobby to pick up clean towels. Housekeeping only came once during our stay (on the 3rd day) to change towels, with no regular room cleaning afterward. Breakfast hours were very early on weekdays (6:00–9:00 a.m.) and limited on weekends (7:00–10:00 a.m.). While breakfast was acceptable, the menu was the same every day, with little variety—mainly eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, and cereal.

The newness and location.

The pancake machine was broken at breakfast. The maid service on our service day was disappointing. Towels and TP were replaced but the bed was not made the sink and shower were not cleaned and the floor was a bit dirty.

The room and facilities were sparkling clean. The bathroom was stocked with great shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer. They smelled heavenly! The bed and pillows were so comfy and clean. Overall the hotel and lobby was bright, inviting and modern. For our brief 2 night stay it was comfortable.

The room was very small, limited storage available and no closet, although there was a section in the entryway with a small ironing board and iron and metal bars for hanging clothing. The side tables were cute metal tables but my phone and cups tried to slide off of it. The breakfast left much to be desired. The eggs and sausage were typical cheap hotel quality and the pancake machine was broken. No fresh fruit was available.

Easy to check in.

The eggs for the breakfast were really bad could not eat. The day I checked in I asked for an extended checkout to 1:00 the next day. The day of checkout room key didn't work before checkout at noon couldn't get back into the building at 11:45. Asked about why it wasn't working because I had the extended checkout, she did not have it down. Had to get my key fixed a couple of times. Went back to my room 5 minutes later I had housekeeping come into the room while I was in the bathroom. Needless to say, we left right after that. I have never had that happen at any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Was clean and easy to get to

The floors need more insulation with the wood, we were in room 325 and the room above us it sounded like the were dancing and stomping around all night. Didn’t sleep much because of the noise.
