No flexibility to accommodate for late check out even though rooms were vacant.
ININThe staff was polite and extremely helpful. If there was ever an issue, they tried to sort it out immediately. The food at the restaurant was delicious. They even made food without onion and garlic on request for my mum. The rooms were comfortable and had the basic amenities like toiletries, hot water kettle, tea bags and coffee sachets. There were electric blankets as well that are a blessing on cold nights. The view from the private room's balcony is amazing. The location of Moustache Shoja is accessible (however, there's a steep climb to reach the property).
Hardly anything worth mentioning here.
