The apartment is well maintained, and the property owners have responded to our requests promptly and courteously. There is ample storage space for both luggage and clothing, which made settling in very convenient. The back yard is charming and offers generous space for drying clothes outdoors. Please note that the property does not include a washing machine. However, it features an excellent coffee maker and is fully equipped for cooking, which we found very convenient. The location is ideal for swimming and is within easy reach of all local amenities.

There were two issues during our stay, neither of which can be attributed to the apartment's owner. Throughout our visit, a persistent petrol-like smell was produced by an unusual machine located at the building’s main entrance. .Additionally, the local sewage system requires significant improvement, as it poses a serious challenge to the area’s appeal for tourism. While credit is due to NE and Peraia for operating biological cleaning facilities, broader action—likely at a national level—is needed to address the issue effectively.
