Smelly bathroom, aircond leaking, netflix not function, unfriendly host, not helpful at all. Does not have flat rate price for parking

No clear reception, no room number or block. Air conditioning poor condition.

Not have a proper guidance, heater not worked, netflix not worked and wifi line very poor.

The location is great, there's so many facilities just 50 metres from the lobby. There is a great laundry facility, many convenience stores, restaurants and even a small clinic and so many other facilities. The place is also easily accessible to the bus and train system and even outside there are still many many other things just walking distance from Empire Damansara.

The Host I was coming from overseas and I made it known to the host that I would need a room a month in advance, a few hours before I could move in, while I was still on my flight, he sent a message saying that the room is unavailable due to some kind of water leakage damaging the electricity in the room. Given the timing of this water/electricity issue, it was too late to find a new room and I was quite desperate for a room so he tried to con me by saying he'll get another room from his friend but I would need to pay an extra RM600 because his friend was letting me in on such short notice. When I got to the room and checked in, I discovered that it was the exact same room I had booked on booking.com and there was no water damage to the electricity, the room was fine but he still played it off like it was a completely different room. I then sent him pictures and I confronted him and he ignored me, two weeks into my stay, some random man came to my door demanding money for room but I refused to pay and told him to talk to the host. When I told the host, he denied everything and said he would pay this man, mind you this entire time I never once saw the host. The Room The room was not like in the pictures, there were a lot of things missing, not working, or of very poor quality. The water heater did not work at all, the kitchen utensils were of very poor quality some of the pots are even dangerous to cook with, the wardrobe is old and falling apart, the paint is chipping and the sliding door constantly gets stuck when trying to close. The room has extremely poor Wi-FI connection because it is actually Wi-fi from 4 apartments away. The room smelt of smoke, the carpet was filthy, and most of the furniture was old and frail, to top it all off, all the detergents were empty. This room was extremely disappointing and poorly maintained, the pictures are misleading, do not be fooled by the pictures and the pricing.
