SGOwner was prompt at answering queries. Early check in was allowed. staff was friendly and helpful.
The pool and pantry was very dirty. There was a gecko with some egg-like stuff in between a whole on the room wall and ceiling. The air conditioner in one of the room was not working well.

VITheir breakfast was amazing also the villa was paradise I enjoyed my stay so much . Nice pool and their massage therapist is awesome also the workers deals with your issues or needs very quickly so customer service is awesome as well

The entrance to villa congested.

By mistake they overbooked the villa and accommodated another guest in one of the villas for 3 days even though we booked the whole complex and we said we don't feel comfortable about it. The pool was quite cold, there is a lot of insects around the pool. Also there is a soft mattress in the bed.
