Tous c'est bien passé. Petit appartement fonctionnel avec tout confort, parking facile à trouver devant l'appartement.

Excellent location close to the main attractions.

It has everything you needed, all the amenities from maching wachine to dryer. Nothing was missing.

There were a lot of spiderwebs in the corners and around the cabinets. Bathroom could use a renovation. Windows didnt close properly and since the apartment was on the first floor on the street we could hear every little sound and also sometimes privacy was disrupted. And beware, you have to pay a tourist tax when you get there even though it didn't say that when we paid online.

Great apartment, good breakfast arrangement, nice kitchen, good location.

Comfy bed , spacious apartment. It's not too far to walk to Ortygia - approx. 20 minutes. Host helpful once we managed to establish contact with him ( although he speaks very little English - not a criticism we were in Siciliy after all , but it may be important to some people)

Bathroom needs refurbishment, sink cracked , shower fitment rusty. Breakfast was served in a cafe approx 3-4 minute walk away, and you had a choice of a sweet or savoury pastry and a drink. Not the a la carte breakfast listed on booking.com. Area didn't feel particularly safe at night , stick to the main roads as far as possible.

9/10 overall. The breakfast was good.

Would be even better if offering washing powder. Not the expensive, but less expensive would be good also.

Good conditions, public parking place on the street, very nice owner, reasonable price. Not very close, but still in a 30 mins walking distance to Ortigia.
