Large City Centre Room

It's is the worst place ever to live . They showed a good room in pictures but a big disappointment on arrival. The room is so tiny and rough with full of cigarette ashes , the light was not working . The washroom was disgusting. It was just a waste of money .

When u look at the photo of the place it looks clean and nice but it is opposite. It is not clean.The smell of the cigaretes is too much. The smell of bed and pillows is also not good.I booked and paid for 2 nights but I stayed only for 1 night eventhough is nonrefundable. I was not able to sleep properly, i was inhaling the bad smell of the pillows/bed and the room I thought is a non smoking policy. The ceiling has stains and also the walls.Under the table has thick dust. I was also in the top floor, if u have a heavy/big luggage, it is difficult to go up as the stairs are also narrow. When I went to the kitchen to get hot water, I have noticed that the window is open, there were flies present. Im sorry but I think u need to make your place pleasant and clean before u will rent it out. Sorry to say but I will not come back in your place anymore. Thank you.

No breakfast but full kitchen facilities available if you wanted it.

The place felt a little drab and well used.

Find some bugs in the bed.

It was really dirty and the mattress was 1/10.
