Price and location

The carpet throughout is very tried , and so are the furnishings. The main issue is the security, there was no way of locking the room, I had to spend 30 mins sorting out the door locking plate myself so it did at least close.

The location is great, tucked away from the busy heart of Bristol but a mre 10mn from Cabot circus. Yet the advertisement did not make it clear that all facilities are shared. The room was clean, and sowas the bathroom, although the pole holding the shower was broken, there was barely any shampoo or soap left, and the overall look of the bathroom was unattractive. The walls are as badly isolated as previous reviews highlight, and the window in bedroom 2 did not close properly. The room was however well furnished and the wifi worked well.

Sound insulation, property looked cheap, all facilities shared.

This room has only two good points one is its location, another one is its price. This room is one of the best choices, if you want to stay in Bristol for cheap and convince.

The room was not clean, the room's wall was so thin that I could know the things which the people next and across to my room were doing. There were so many stairs, it made me so tired. All doors were hard to open. There was only one bathroom for at least over 4 people, it's not apparently enough and the shower was broken. There is no hair dryer.

The 4 flights of stairs and the wobbly door knob that wouldn’t lock properly. Room didn’t feel secure. Cigarette butts out the window. Room was smaller than expected.

Cost

The door was very difficult to get in and took us 30 minutes to get in!

Service was shocking, They were literally repairing the window with fumes going at it. Was not a fun stay

Absolutely nothing.

The room had an unsanitary odour, as if the bedding needed a wash. Upon inspecting the incredibly creased sheets, I found hairs of all varieties. The pillows/cushions were also soiled. It became apparent that no pre-check-in clean had taken place given the dust, stains, and, disgustingly, fingernails on the floor (all of these things are pictured). I doubt that the bedding had even been washed between guests. I was so unconvinced by the smell that I slept on top of it, using towels as a duvet. I came across further dirt/grime in the bathroom to the extent that I decided not to shower. It’s not clear on the listing page that it’s shared. Creaky floorboards led to a disturbed night’s sleep.
