The location is excellent. The owner very pleasant and helpful. He waited us on the spot and left free drinks, sodas, basic cosmetics, coffees and teas. Eventhough in the center it is very calm and peaceful with good level of security in both the building and the perking lot.

Everything is great

A really great location near the center of Novi Sad. Everything is so close! Positioned well where the entrance is hidden from the streets and the apartment itself is cozied up between buildings. Extremely clean, well kept and stocked up with everyday items you may need. The Host Miroslav is a great host, very pleasant and friendly. It was warm, the bed was extremely good. I usualy have back problems when I rent, but not here. Bathrom is big with all the toiletries needed (shampoo, soap, deodorant etc.) Kitchen is big with all the necessary electronics if you stay longer. I will absolutely use this hosts services in the future whenever I visit Novi Sad. Absolutely every recommendation from me!

Convenient and lovely apartment in the heart of Novi Sad. All was to our liking. Spacious for two people, clean with superb communication to the host. We also loved the little balcony.
