Parkside Maksimir Condo

Iako se objekt nalazi u suterenu,pozicija je i vise nego odlicna. Za sve one kojii u Zagreb dolaze iz zdrastvenih razloga ovo je pun pogodak. Blizina tramvajske/autobusne stanice a objekt je opremljen sa svim potrebnim stvarima ukljucujuči i perilicu rublja.

The park across the street is beautiful, and there is a tram stop just down the block.

It was snowing when I arrived and the heat in the apartment was quite low with the thermostat locked so I could not warm the apartment. I ended up having to use the oven for warmth. At the time it was also described as having a terrace/garden and accessibility cited no stairs. The apartment is downstairs in the basement with no direct outdoor access. The living area was comfortable, except for the drain on the bathroom floor was emitting a very strong odor and there were multiple areas of mold in the bathroom as well due to lack of ventilation. I understand pressure changes can cause some odors to escape but this was overwhelming. The bathroom issue was worked on a couple of times while I was there; cleaner was poured in the drain and someone came to paint the bathroom. I really appreciate these efforts, but with no ventilation, the drain odor and paint odor was very present my whole stay. The owner did come the first night to see the issues, and I offered to find a hotel until they were addressed because I had small dogs with me that I was also trying to keep warm. The owner was very insistent that I just stay put, and I didn't have much of a choice since I had chosen this listing because it was listed as an accessibility friendly place, but had to get assistance coming down the stairs when I arrived so I felt kind of stuck. I do appreciate places I stay in, but I felt like my entire stay was focused on dealing with the apartment, and not working on the work I was there to accomplish.

Stan je bija jako necist pun je mravi.Posteljina i navlake su bile prljave. Internet nije radija .Klima jako suska . I nestajalo je tople vode ,i kauc je bija neudoban i osjetila se daska ispod. Posude je bilo jako uprljano.

wir hatten jeden tag sehr viele ameisen die vom WC aus herausgekrochen sind. wenn man abend wieder zurück kommt muss man den boden und bett mit dem staubsauger gut durchgehen damit alle wieder weg sind

Blizu restorana Maximir gde smo isli na proslavu, bio je i park i zoo vrt, a tramvajska veza sa centrom i autobuskom stanicom odlična. Stančić čist i ušuškan, idealan za vikend za dvoje.
