Central location as my mum is 83, clean and welcoming. We love it!

It was spacious, we have stayed in hotels before. But it was lovey to have our own room.

Big cobweb’s on bathroom window dead flies etc on other window sills. Lack of mirrors and dressing tables.

It was clean , comfortable. Close to parking . Near the centre of Hereford which was perfect for us .

No hand towels . Bed was too soft

"All went smoothly, exactly what we wanted. Communication with hosts by email was very polite ,prompt"

Location was extremely pretty and perfect for us

No dressing table in any room,no mirror in two rooms, no wardrobe in third bedroom. This did not detract from our stay but it would have improved the comfort and ease of dressing .

Host kindly left milk so we could have a cup of tea on arrival. Location was lovely right by the river and only minutes into city centre but very quiet.

A second set of keys would have been useful

Location excellent. Quiet and peaceful right by the river. Everything we needed was there.

Couldn’t find a welcome book or information about the Wi-Fi code. As in other reviews one mattress is very soft.
