ELMGROVE , Croagh Patrick, Westport

No breakfast involved. There was jam butter, milk and a bottle of sparkling lemonade provided. The apartment was clean.

* There were many note written that you couldn't drink the tap water. If we had known this we could have chooses to stay here yes or no, but being landed into the apartment we felt we had no option then staying. * No privacy. The owner had to past our apartment when they left or arrived back. When they got visitors there car was right at front of our window parked that blocked our view *There were everywhere notes written like don't hit your head. The ceiling going upstairs were very low and you didn't need to be tall to hit your head. There we also reminders note written saying to turn of electricity, lights etc. It wasn't a very welcome into the apartment. *The morning we left we were cold and trying to put the heat on but where not able to do this. We were cold and although we could put the same radiators on the evening before. Not sure if the owners were able to control the heat in our apartment, but we left being cold.

We stayed for one night, went to westport to climb Croagh Patrick, so the location was perfect, right across the road, we got a lovely welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk, the premises were spotless clean and had an amazing view

Even though the beds had electric blankets, they were felt through the bedding making it uncomfortable to sleep, the showers were tiny and cramped too

This was the perfect location for us climbing Croagh Patrick, walking distance to the start of the trail and to the local pub for food, the accommodation was perfect for us, clean and comfortable. It had ever needed and more.

Really clean and a great location

Couldn’t have been more perfect. Cosy kitchen and sitting room area with view of Croagh Patrick. The starting point to climb Croagh Patrick is just across the road. And The Tavern gastro pub is also just across the road (food exceptional) . Both bedrooms spacious with en-suites. One room is upstairs and the other downstairs so I really liked that privacy. Absolutely awesome location .
