Location.
Full of cockroaches, only aircond in masterbed room and other rooms no aircond. Even masterbed room aircond is so poor. No heater. Very poor maintenance.

Location was quite close to the shops around eco grandeur. The house was nice, comfortable and spacious for my family. We enjoyed the stay overall and we look forward to coming back here.
The mugs were a little dusty, but no problem we washed them before using.
