The rooms were comfortable and clean. All I was looking for was somewhere to sleep with good access to St. Ives. It was perfect for that.

Unfortunately one can hear all the creeks and sounds from the rooms above. There was a dog that seemed to roam around well into the night and I could hear the TV and 'music' played loudly until the early hours (4am on a couple of occasions). I couldn't ask them to turn it down as the access door seems to be for a number of rooms. I had to put up with it the whole week. There was a sign saying that the rooms are let via 'Aspect holidays' based in the town, but they couldn't help as they no longer run the property. I appreciate that this is a tricky problem to solve and, apart from the noise above, the rooms were perfect for my needs, but I can't run the risk of half sleepless nights next time so I will have to look elsewhere.

Lovely property, close to the beaches and shops When walking in it smelt fresh and clean.

I know this property was pet friendly which I had no issue with (I dont own any pets). However when sitting in certain places I ended up with quite alot of dog hair stuck to my clothes. Some of the pots were a little dirty and I could hear alot of noise from the property above - dogs, people talking, excessive banging. A few times I could hear someone urinating in the toilet above when I was in the kitchen/living room, which was a little off putting at times.

Convenient location

Communication numbers inadequate took over 7 mins to get info re Wi-Fi. No welcome pack! Instruction booklet out of date and muddled Couldn’t work the hob, oven, or shower Incredibly pokey bathroom! Large bed meant squeezing against a wall to get into!
