"really nice compare to the price"

the view was good, the host was nice. Room was beautiful and fully equipped :)

wasn't able to use the rooftop pool as It is Citadine hotel only service, you can buy the access with 350k VND for 1 day. Meh

"Crap. Dodge Halong bay entirely. Stay in Hanoi and do a day trip."

These guys obviously pay for reviews. The place is terrible. Can only pay cash, no card facilities. Was only told when I arrived

Take your pick. Balcony falling apart, mold on ceilings, wallpaper falling off, location terrible, overpriced, check in terrible.
