Excellent location! Very clean apartment Modern and big apartment with sea view and balcony Very close to old town.

The apartment is spacious. The apartment had good views of the port. It looked good until you experience the non functioning facilities.

1. Need clear instructions or diagram of building location. Building is so well hidden from street address and no instructions on parking. 2. No hot water 3. One of the two toilets - the cistern was not working 4. Safety concern with concrete ledge by bedside table No helpful feedback from property manager when point 2, 3 and 4 were raised Property manager does not pick up phone but would answer sporadically via text Below are the details to provide a clearer picture Faulty water heater with no resolution with the property manager. ================================================= I was only able to communicate via text, even then, response was sporadic. Called the phone number but no pickup. The property had clear message to say ‘do not turn off water heater’ and we duly make sure it was on and it was. But the water did not heat up. First night, there was only hot water for one person and it was discovered while showering. We did not think much about that, just believed that it was probably a hot water tank that is only enough for one person. Second night, we came home at 8pm and discovered there was no hot water at all! Made contact via text and phone call but to no avail. We spent our second and last night without a shower. Safety concern =========== The bed room facing the water had a cement ledge by the bedside table. As the wall is painted in white, it was not clearly visible. On the first night, I hit my head on the low concrete wall, when walking towards the bedside table. ( attached photo) and fell backwards landing on the floor lying on my back. I hope something is done about it before another person suffers the same fate as me. I had an ice pack to my head to reduce the swelling and the pain. Rested overnight. My head was sore for few days. Fortunately I did not have brain injury!

The best view,two bathrooms and very comfortable beds.Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice view and has designated parking. Look location.

Kitchen has no washing sponge and towel, so the mugs are full of tea stains. Owner didn’t respond when we reported faulty toilet flush till the night before we left.

Lovely spot, small pool but it was ample. Friendly staff and I like your not far from old town so it’s easy to unwind and chill if you want to

The location was superb, just a short walk into Kotor and it had a beautiful view

Modern style, good facilities (two showers) and gorgeous view from the balcony which was a joy every morning.

It would be good if pool area came with loungers so you could enjoy the space for longer than a quick dip in the pool.
