Трохи шумно вночі від машин на проїжджій частині, якщо залишити вікна відкритими.

Ideal location - 2 steps from the beach, 300 meters from a well-stocked supermarket, there are cafes and restaurants around. Clean, spacious, cozy, bright apartment. We felt like home. The kitchen has everything we need. The beds are very comfortable. There is a large terrace with garden furniture. Solid soundproof windows. Clean and comfortable bathroom. The owner Ioannis is very responsive and helps with any question. We will definitely come back again. We recommend. Neli, Dimitar and Tsonya 😀😀😀

Apartament spațios, curat.

Rețeaua wireless foarte instabilă, nu s-a putut folosi.

I like every corner of the property. We are happy and satisfied, the bedroom, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen everything you need was there aside from kitchen knife is missing. If you dont cook it’s fine, but if you want to cook a meal you really need a kitchen knife. The terrace/veranda you can hang out and chill, you can have breakfast/tea/coffee/dinner. Very romantic at night with candle lighting dinner with my husband. Nothing to complain everything is organised and clean, the property is very secure. safe from mosquitoes and flies. The doors and window has a screen and blinds. Stores, shops and restaurant are close by, and most of all very close to the beach, it’s only two minutes walk. Very quite at night we had a good night sleep every night in our entire stay. Any question, problems or issue anytime the owner will accomodate us, very helpful and resolve the problem quickly. Very good communication with the owner. We dont speak Greek, the owner is fluent in English so nothing to worry we can ask anything. I wish I could stay more longer. I recomend this property absolutely good value for money.

This is an amazing, spacious and beautiful apartment in Perea - just around the corner of the beach, all cafes, taverns, and shops - yet in a quiet street. The apartment is fully furnished and tastefully decorated, with a huge, quiet balcony and comfortable beds. In addition, it was impeccably clean. The host was very kind and always available for any questions we had, communication was perfect. Check-in/out was extremely easy and we appreciated the parking area in front of the building. We didn't miss anything, felt like home and we're definitely coming back :) Thank you so much, Ioannis, for this lovely place and for hosting us for our summer vacation! :)

The apartment was excellent, location perfect (first floor, second row of buildings, 30 m from the beach, which is clean and toddler friendly). We had all facilities a family could need and plenty of storage space as well as space for a four member family not to feel crammed.

Beds could be softer.

Location very close to the beach, supermarket at 5 minute walking distance. The host very nice, helpful and very prompt in helping with any issues that might arise. Highly recommended
