Beautifully decorated and clean. Staff were friendly and food was exceptional.

Disappointed I mentioned it was my wife’s 40th birthday when I made the dinner reservation, but there wasn’t a single acknowledgement. Room was a touch too warm.

The breakfast was excellent couldn’t do enough for me and generous portions and offerings all in the price. The location was fantastic just a 20 minute cycle to or from Bakewell.

Potentially a few more food options for main dinner, but it was very posh and what they did they did very well, so this is probably why.

"Excellent food, excellent staff and overall comfortable"

Comfortable, carefully designed to make the most of the building. I would like to say that the plant based menu was extremely good, so nice to have dishes I would not make at home.

I found my room stuffy as I prefer fresh air into my room at night and opening up the secondary glazing was tricky.
