The air conditioning system worked really well. Plenty of water was provided. Situated in a good position on the Old Tiwn.

On arrival the receptionist was grumpy as if I’d woken her up or I that checking me in was taking her away from her phone. Required to hand over a 500 baht deposit for my key. Very poor level of English so no help re tours or restaurants etc.

Location was awesome. Literally right in the heart of the old town. Beautiful buildings, food, shopping right outside your door. Quiet also. Appreciate the hooks in the bedroom to hang towels. I would stay here again, purely based on price and location. And the knowledge I was staying in a historical place.

More friendly service would have been good. Girl on reception was pretty neutral. Room needs to be stocked with enough toilet paper etc for 5 people for the length of the stay. Towel/clothing hooks in bathroom right in firing line of the shower. Our room had no external windows, but it was super quiet. Comfort wise it was just a place to sleep.

Friendly staff. Early check-in and slightly late check-out. Great location in the heart of old town.

No fridge in the room. The bathroom door was broken so there was a big gap. Bathroom was connected to the open air so a lot of mosquitoes got into the room. Didn't get much sleep because of mosquitoes.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged transportation at last minute for us. We are very great full. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The location cannot be more central.
