Very old building, which is not well maintained at all. TV in the room not working. Room had fungus smell.

Location is a major advantage

The response from the front desk was poor. I asked for support to replace the remotes but no one turned up though I called them twice. Also I received a call suddenly asking whether my name was Vishal and when I would be checking in. I had to tell them that I checked in and I was not Vishal. Then the caller appologized

The bathroom was untidy, the towels were untidy, fridge was not working, the tv was not working, had mosquitoes and even driver room was in bad condition.

They need to work on hygiene
