Warm welcome from the hosts, comfortable bed, quiet, neat and clean. We were a bit late to breakfast, but the staff kindly still made some delicious scrambled eggs for us.

We couldn’t find suitable parking when we got back at night (it was New Years Eve), but one of the staff members saved us from getting a fine and assisted in helping to find a place in the road within a few minutes - thank you!

The people running Dale House were wonderfully helpful and full of local advice - a real "South African" helpfulness and an interest in talking with each guest. The location is fantastic for all the Wharf based activity. The parking is secure in the cul-de-sac outside, under the watchful eye of a security guard who really was actively watching all comings and goings. The room was spacious and all the facilities worked well. Wifi worked well. The fridge was useful for our white wine!

Nothing to say really. We would happily go back to use Dale House as a good base for experiencing Cape Town.

Nice and safe accomodation, well located close to restaurants and walking distance to V&A Waterfront. Excelent breakfast and friendly staff!

Some rooms require many stairs up, thus a bit difficult if you have large bags. In my view slightly expensive, considering it doesn't have common areas to socialize.
