A reggeli, a recepciós kollégak kedvessége.

A vacsora. Igazából számomra érthetetlen hogy egy négy csillagos szállodában miért kell kötelezni a vendéget hogy humuszt és bulgurt egyen vagy csak salátát, nincs a vacsorához köret opció. A személyzet néhány tagja is hagy kívánnivalót maga után. Szerintem ár érték arányban messze eltér egymástól. A luxus max az àrban jelentkezik.
